PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

We are open Monday Through Friday.   Before ordering please make sure that you have viewed the video posted on the home page.  The estimated time for your order to arrive to me is 2-3 weeks.  This is only an estimate.  If you need an items at a certain time please do not order.  We understand that you may not be able to wait.  We will have a few items on hand sometimes if you would rather do that.  
 
Once your item arrives  We will be sure to contact you.   Our Shipping time is typically the same business day once the item arrice, depending on what time your order arrives. But please allow 2 BUSINESS DAYS to contact us if you have not receiving an email at the email you  used when you ordered.    We are not responsible for the carrier shipping delays. If we have shipped your package and your package is delay and lost please contact the carrier. 

Also holidays and weekends will cause delays. 

We want to be as transparent as we possibly can.   Our job is to build a great relationship with you and make sure that you are aware of the process.  We also want to make sure that we provide quality and affordability and great customer service.   If you have any additional questions please feel from to message us here.


 

RETURN POLICY

No refunds. Nfinite Solutions only exchange the exact item and size purchased if damaged.  We also check for damages before we ship items.   Items must be return within 24-48 hours, in its original form and packaging to be exchanged.  We are not responsible for packages being lost or stolen after we ship the item.
